The Typical Spanish course “par excellence” includes the elaboration of one of the best known dishes of our country, Valencian Paella and also of our famous drink, Sangría.
A large part of this course focuses on Valencian cooking, such as it’s world famous paella dishes. The course combines practical cooking classes with tasting, always with the help of an experienced and fun chef.
The whole group will cook the traditional Paella from Valencia region, and, at the same time, we will learn to prepare a tasty pitcher of Sangría, which we will enjoy during and after the class!
