In this course, we learn how to make three of the most famous and best-loved Spanish Seasonal Tapas: Bravas, Spinach and chickpeas stew, Alioli potatoes, Gambas pil pil, Tortilla española, Salmorejo, Gazpacho…(for example) All this, accompanied by a beautiful Sangría wich we will all make together!
